Analytics dashboard for hospital network

Challenge

A network of 5 regional hospitals had no unified view of operational data. Each facility used a different reporting system. Resource allocation decisions relied on outdated Excel reports.

Solution

We designed and deployed a central analytics dashboard:

• Data integration from 5 HIS (Hospital Information System) instances via ETL pipeline
• Real-time React dashboard with occupancy, wait time, and KPI visualizations
• Role-based access control (RBAC) for different management levels
• Automated alerts when threshold values are exceeded

• Single source of truth for 5 hospitals (previously 5 separate systems)
