About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help clients build scalable, secure cloud environments. You’ll work on projects for fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce companies.

What you’ll do

Design and deploy cloud infrastructure for clients
Automate deployment and configuration processes
Support development teams with DevOps and platform engineering
Conduct security audits and cost optimization reviews
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

How we work

We operate in small, autonomous teams (3-5 people). Each project has a dedicated team lead and direct client contact. Remote-first with optional monthly meetups in Wroclaw.

Requirements

✓ 4+ years of experience with AWS or Azure
✓ Hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS)
✓ Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
✓ CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
✓ Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
✓ Scripting language (Python, Bash, Go)

Nice to have

● Cloud certifications (AWS SAA/SAP, Azure Solutions Architect)
● FinOps and cloud cost optimization experience
● Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
● Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud
